Space is normally represented in conventional method in architecture such as drawings, plans, sections, physical models and perspectives over long time. However, the conventional methods are not able to represent the true essence and experience in architecture. There is no sense of time, space, movement, a mode of experience, way of living, phenomenology, which is deeply speaking to people’s perception and emotion.
“Space and Notations LAB” is aiming to parallel thesis design with discovering new method of "notations", in order to turn the abstract but attractive essences of space experiences into true theories.
